CUTC Support Terms
By submitting a ticket, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you are authorized to request support for the identified Hardware or Software.
Support entitlement
Hardware submissions require a serial number. Software submissions require a CUTC-issued serial/license code. Submission does not automatically mean the request has been accepted; all new tickets begin as Pending and require CUTC review before Acknowledged status.
Acceptable use
Do not submit unlawful, abusive, misleading, malicious, or unrelated content. Do not upload executable code, malware, credentials, or documents that you are not authorized to provide.
Attachments
Only approved file types are accepted. CUTC may reject, quarantine, or remove files that fail validation or create security risk.
Communications
CUTC may send transactional email about your ticket and may display eligible email replies inside the ticket's secure conversation trail. Keep the secure tracking link private.
Service availability
The portal is intended to support CUTC's technical support workflow. Availability, response and resolution time can vary according to the nature of the concern and applicable support arrangements.
